This site is published by the N'guyen Van Tham Company registered in the Directory of the Companies and the Establishments: 799 647 698.
These general conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of sales made via the site www.vanyendesign.com. They regulate all the steps necessary for the ordering and follow-up of the order.
These conditions apply only to non-commercial natural persons who are at least 18 years old and who have the legal capacity to contract.
It is specified that you can save or print these general conditions of sale.
N'guyen Van Tham reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time the present general conditions of sale. In case of modification, the general conditions of sale in force on the day of placing the order will be applied to each order.

The order
The order can only be registered on the site if you are clearly identified by the entry of your e-mail address and your password.
You can place your order online from the references of the offers visible on the site. In general, information on the availability of products is given to you when placing your order. Exceptionally, however, a product may no longer be available, temporarily, after the order has been validated. In this case, N'guyen Van Tham informs you as soon as possible by mail or by email and proposes either to cancel your order or to wait until delivery by our supplier, specifying the time limit. You will only be charged for the amount of items shipped.
The final validation of the order takes place after validation of the payment. After placing your order we send you by email an acknowledgment of receipt including a summary of the items ordered and the delivery address. Van Yen Design reserves the right to modify them in case of increased loads and in case of obvious error.
VAT does not appear on any item - VAT not applicable, Art. 293 B of the CGI.
In addition to the price of the products, you will have to pay a fixed fee for shipping and processing of your order, the amount of which will be specified on the product page and on the order form before validation of the latter. This participation depends on the products ordered.
Discounts
To take advantage of promotional offers, calculate each reduction of the amount of your order without cumulating it with other discounts. Reductions are applied pro rata to each product.
PAYMENT
You can choose to pay your order :

Payment by credit card is done via paypal, to guarantee the confidentiality of your information.
Van Yen Design accepts French bank cards (bearing the abbreviation CB) and international (bearing the acronym VISA or MASTERCARD).
You indicate the number of the card, its expiry date, as well as the name of its holder. For even more security, you also indicate the control number of this one: the last 3 digits of the number written on the back, near the signature.

The product (s) will be sent to you after cashing your check.
DELIVERY
The delivery is made to you, or the address of your choice subject only the payment of the Fixed participation to the postage costs of your order.
You will be delivered in Colissimo one week (for EU) or two week (For USA/ASIA/AUS) from the delivery of your parcel to the Post Office. To calculate the delivery date, count about one week after the validation of your order.
You will receive an e-mail with a link to track your package. This link will be active as soon as your package is taken care of by Colissimo.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. We advise you to consolidate your purchases into a single order. We can not group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken to the package containing fragile products.
Possible customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. I am not responsible for the delays caused by customs.
All parcels are sent AGAINST SIGNATURE OF THE RECIPIENT. If you require a SIMPLE shipment, please indicate it by e-mail.
The works are packaged specifically because they are fragile pieces. N'guyen Van Tham strongly advises you to open your packages in front of your delivery person and to refuse any damaged and broken product during the trip.
MY SECURITY
All your order and payment data are sent encrypted by SSL from your computer to N'guyen Van Tham. Only the Van Yen Design Company has the decryption key to read this data and process your order.
In case of fraudulent use of your account, you are invited as soon as this use is found to contact our customer service by email to karinenguyen.art@gmail.com This one will take charge of this dispute and will indicate to you the procedure to follow. Except fault or negligence on your part, you will not have to bear the consequences of this fraudulent use.

RIGHT TO RETRACT / RETURNS

GUARANTEES
Legal Guarantees
